Hi, I'm Snigdha — your coach, not your drill sergeant.

I'm a PN Level 1 Certified Nutrition Coach helping people build realistic, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that actually fit into adult life.

My coaching is rooted in flexibility, compassion, and long-term behaviour change — not crash diets, detoxes, or perfection. I work with people who are overwhelmed by nutrition advice and want something that finally makes sense for their real life.

I'm also on my own journey. I've navigated the noise of diet culture firsthand — the cycles of restriction, the guilt, the all-or-nothing thinking that never quite stuck. Finding an approach rooted in self-compassion and evidence (not fear) changed everything for me. That lived experience is woven into everything I do as a coach. I get it, because I've been there too.

I believe health should feel supportive, not punishing. And my goal is to help you eventually not need me.

Health is not a body size.

Health at Any Size (HAES) is an evidence-informed, weight-inclusive approach to wellbeing. It shifts the focus away from weight and appearance, and toward sustainable behaviors that support how you feel — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

HAES challenges the idea that you need to be a certain size to deserve care, or that shrinking your body is the same as becoming healthier. The research is clear: weight-focused approaches often backfire, increasing stress, eroding body trust, and cycling people through restriction and rebound.

Do I need to lose weight to work with you?

Not at all. My coaching is weight-inclusive and rooted in HAES principles. We can focus on energy, habits, strength, confidence, your relationship with food — whatever matters to you.

Will I get a strict meal plan?

No. Precision Nutrition's approach is habit-based, not plan-based. You'll get practical tools, flexible structure, and guidance that fits your actual lifestyle — not a rigid rulebook.

What if I struggle with emotional eating?

That's extremely common, and we'll approach it with compassion — no shame, no judgment, just practical support grounded in understanding your relationship with food.

Do you support vegetarians?

Yes! I provide both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including realistic Indian meal suggestions when relevant.

What does HAES actually mean for my coaching?

It means we never make body size the goal. We build habits that support your health and wellbeing — and we do it without weight-shaming, restriction, or treating your body as something to fix.

Do I need to work out?

No. Movement support is personalized based on your goals and lifestyle — it's never a requirement. We focus on joyful, sustainable movement if and when it's right for you.

Is coaching online?

Will I have to count calories or macros?

No. The PN method uses practical hand-portion guidance instead of obsessive tracking. We focus on building sustainable habits — not data collection that makes eating feel like homework.
